As a proud father, husband, and Deputy Chief of a mid-sized law enforcement agency, I wear a few hats—but one mission stays constant: helping first responders take control of their money and reduce financial stress.

My passion for financial wellness was born out of real-life experience. In 2020, shortly after marrying my wife Shannon, we found ourselves staring down $67,000 in consumer debt—furniture, car loans, student loans, credit cards… you name it. Through discipline, budgeting, and good old-fashioned teamwork, we dug ourselves out. That journey didn’t just change our finances—it changed our future. And now, I’m on a mission to help others do the same. I did dumb—with several zeros attached—so you don’t have to. Let me show you the way out.

Since launching a financial wellness program at my agency in 2020, over 140 employees have gained access to resources that helped them turn around more than $1 million in total financial progress. That’s the power of simple, actionable coaching—not a sales pitch.

With 17+ years in law enforcement, seven in supervision, I’ve combined my leadership experience with formal training to serve others in a new way. I hold a Master’s degree in Public Administration, am a graduate of Northwestern University’s Police Staff & Command, and am a Certified Ramsey Solutions Financial Master Coach.

I’ve delivered live trainings to departments across the country, spoken at major law enforcement conferences, and partnered with multiple Mobile Training Units to provide accredited education. While I’ve led ILETSB-certified courses in Illinois, I also offer custom workshops, keynote addresses, and financial coaching services across state lines—tailored to the needs of each department or conference audience.
